    A family-owned specialty coffee production located at an average altitude of 750 meters in Santa Clara, Porciuncula district, Rio de Janeiro's Upper Northwest.


    It is at Fazenda Cachoeira that the family has been producing coffee for six generations, starting with Manoel "Manduca" Ramos and continuing to this day with the brand that pays tribute to our ancestor, a pioneer in coffee cultivation in our region. Today, by combining tradition with quality and technology geared towards specialty coffees, Café Manduca manages to produce its coffee from start to finish. Mountain coffee farming, with manual harvesting and grain selection, post-harvest processing, and roasting, all take place within Fazenda Cachoeira.
